2. Make a Payment
Use our secure online payment portal to pay for your chosen service.
3. Simple Paperwork
Easy-to-complete legal documents, all provided to you.
4. Collection
Our team collects your loved one from the hospital, mortuary or home. In cases of unexpected death, the ambulance service and police attend, and your loved one is taken to the hospital before we take over. In expected deaths, the doctor confirms the time of death, and we arrange collection.
5. Cremation
We organise a private, unattended cremation. We’ll inform you of the date and time so you can mark the moment if you wish.
6. Ashes
Following the cremation, the ashes are either returned in a simple box provided by the crematorium or scattered in their garden of remembrance.
7. Follow-up
Once everything is complete, we check in with you afterwards to ensure all paperwork is completed and to offer support.
